1. Character Illustration (OCs / Fanart)

- Bust-up: 20 - 35 USD (no Background)
- Half-body: 35 - 55 USD
- Full-body: 55 - 80 USD- Add-ons:+ Simple background: Free
+ Complex background: + 20 - 50 USD
+ Additional character: + 70% of the base price

2. Manga Page Commission

- Single Page (B/W, basic inking): 45 - 70 USD
- Double Page (B/W, basic inking): 80 – 120 USD- Detailed Inking (Single Page) +15 – 25 USD
- Detailed Inking (Double Page) +25 – 40 USD- Extra Detailed Coloring (Single Page) +15 – 25 USD
- Extra Detailed Coloring (Double Page) +25 – 40 USD

Terms of Service - Character Illustration

1. Workflow- Client provides description, reference images, and detailed ideas.
- I send a rough sketch (pose, layout, outfit, etc.) → client approval (50% deposit required).
- After receiving the deposit → start detailed sketch.
- Send detailed sketch → client feedback & revision.
- Send color draft → client feedback & revision.
- Finalize artwork → client pays remaining 50%.
- Deliver final file (PNG/JPG, no watermark).

2. Revisions- Free: up to 2 revisions per stage (sketch / detailed sketch / color draft).
- Extra revision fees (after free limit):
- Minor changes (color adjustment, small detail edits, not affecting composition): +5–10% of base price.
- Larger edits (body part changes, adding accessories, etc.): +10–50% of base price.

3. Payment- 50% deposit required before starting.
- Remaining 50% paid upon final delivery.
- Payment method: PayPal.

4. Turnaround Time- 14 – 30 days per artwork (depending on complexity & order size).
- Priority / rush orders available: +30% of total fee.

5. Refund Policy- In case of cancellation:
+ 100% refund of deposit if progress is at 0–20% of detailed sketch stage.
+ 50% refund of deposit if progress is at 30–80% of detailed sketch stage.
+ No refund if detailed sketch stage is fully completed (100%).

6. Usage Rights & Copyright- Personal use (non-commercial): Client may post, use as avatar, banner, personal prints, etc.
- I retain the right to post the artwork in my portfolio and on social media.

7. Commercial Rights Options- Limited Commercial Use: For small-scale commercial projects, with profit involved → x2 total fee.
- Full Usage Rights: Client may use freely for any purpose, but I retain authorship credit → x5 total fee.
- Both client and artist cannot claim the artwork as solely their own creation.
- Any edits, reuse, or commercialization in any form requires mutual agreement.
- Complete Copyright Transfer: Client obtains full copyright ownership, and I relinquish all authorship rights → x10 total fee.
- Revenue Sharing Agreement: Possible to negotiate a percentage-based royalty instead (to be discussed case by case).

Terms of Service - Manga Page

1. Accepted & Not Accepted- Genres accepted: Fantasy, Slice of Life, Shonen, Yuri, Horror, etc.
- Not accepted: BL/Yaoi commissions, AI training, or using my work as AI data.

2. Workflow- Client sends idea, script, references (the more detailed, the better).
- I give the total price (including extra fees if any).
- After confirmation → 30% deposit:
- I create storyboard (manga) / pose sketch (character).
- Send sketch for approval → if approved, client pays the next 30%.
- Proceed with line & inking → coloring if included.
- Client pays the remaining 40% before receiving the final work.
- Final file will be sent via Google Drive.*** Note: Client must reply within 3 days per stage.
If delayed, your order will be moved down the queue.

3) Revision Policy (per stage)* Each stage includes 1 free revision (name/storyboard, sketch, line, inking/tone/color).

4. Payment- Payment via PayPal only.
- 30% deposit → 30% after sketch approval → 40% before delivery.

5. Turnaround Time- Single manga page: ~7-14 days per page (counted after sketch approval).
- 10+ pages: 5–14 days per page (depending on complexity).
- Rush orders: +30–100% fee.

6. Cancellation & Refunds- Deposit is non-refundable.
- If cancelled after sketch or inking: client does not need to pay the remaining fee, but unfinished files will not be delivered.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights- If I create both script + art:
- I hold copyright over both story & artwork.
- Client may not crop, edit, or remove signature.
- Personal use only: posting, avatar, display.
- Commercial use requires additional agreement.
- If client provides the script, and I only draw:
- Client owns story content, I own artwork.
- Commercial use must be negotiated separately.*** Absolutely no AI training / dataset usage allowed. ***

8. Commercial Rights Options- Limited Commercial Use: For small-scale commercial projects (additional +100% of the total fee).
- Full Usage Rights: Client may use the artwork freely for commercial purposes, but I retain artist credit (+400% of the total fee).
- Complete Copyright Transfer: Client fully owns the artwork and all associated rights; I give up authorship (+900% of the total fee).
- Revenue Share Model: Can be discussed and negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
